Flavor the Town voted Best of the West

Flavor the Town, Cleveland's premier caterer, was voted Best of the West at the June 2007 Best of the West Celebration sponsored by West Shore magazine.

The competition, held at LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake, brought some of the finest food, entertainment, services and shopping providers in Cleveland together to showcase their specialties. Flavor the Town presented a Bistro café in Paris theme complete with a patio umbrella adorned with roses and mini replicas of the Eiffel Tower to enhance their style. Featuring their signature mushroom patisserie with a port wine drizzle and one of a kind "Tower of Cream Puffs" custom designed by Flavor the Town’s founder Chef Nels Tornberg, party goers were treated to showstopper delicacies from start to finish.
