Whether you are looking for a simple traditional cookout or a custom display of grilled meats, our chef makes outdoor grilling his specialty. Don’t let the time of year discourage you from enjoying a BBQ. Rain, sleet, or even snow won’t stop us from setting up an indoor event with food prepared on our all weather equipment.
Flavor The Town loves to prepare your summer staples such as burgers, dogs, ribs, and chicken, and be sure to take a look at our grilled exotic fish, lamb, steaks, chops, and custom sausages. All main courses come with a choice of two side dishes listed below, a tossed salad, fresh rolls and cornbread with butter, lemonade and ice tea. (Rolls and cornbread not served with hamburgers, sausages, or hot dogs).

Our steaks are rubbed with Kosher Salt and Tellicherry black pepper, and then cooked to your liking.
N.Y. Strip Steak - 12 oz. boneless center cut
Kansas City Strip Steak - 12 oz. strip steak with the bone attached giving the steak a little extra flavor
The Porterhouse - 20 oz. steak featuring a strip steak and a filet mignon
The T-bone - 16 oz. steak with a strip steak and a baby filet
Filet Mignon - 8 oz. center cut. The most tender beef steak with less fat and full flavor
Ribeye Steak - 12 oz. Cut from the prime rib and seasoned with English roast seasoning!
Marinated Flank Steak - Soaked in onions, garlic, and red wine. Char grilled and carved in thin slices
Sirloin Steak - Full of flavor and delicious
Chicken
Split, Quartered, or just legs. Grilled with BBQ sauce, Texas Style, ginger teriyaki, rosemary and garlic, or lemon and thyme.

Grilled Chicken Wings - Try our wings as a complement to any menu. Tossed in your favorite sauce. Choose from BBQ, Mild, Hot, Cajun, Teriyaki, Chili crusted, sweet and sour, or the extremely spicy habanero sauce.

Whole BBQ’d Quail or Cornish Hens - Stuffed with a chicken sausage stuffing and glazed with a Balsamic Marinade.
Lamb
Whole Leg of Lamb - A boneless leg rolled and tied. Rubbed with garlic and sliced just after grilling. Served with mint pesto and a coriander tamarind jam.
Rack of Lamb - Petite New Zealand Lamb rubbed with garlic and a Dijon Mustard Glaze. Brushed with a Port wine BBQ sauce during grilling. Carved into chops to serve.
Whole Roasted Lamb - Rubbed with plenty of garlic and slow roasted our wood fired rotisserie for hours. Carved and displayed just before service.
Bison
Bison meat is growing in popularity as an alternative to beef for a healthier cut of meat with less fat and cholesterol. Having a similar flavor to beef, it can be a great alternative. Ask Flavor The Town about burgers and steaks cut from Bison for your next event.
Sausages
Our sausages are custom made, grilled fresh and served in a hearty hoagie bun. Several condiments are presented to top your sandwich, and all sausages are cut to bun length. You can order one type or a variety for your guests.

Hamburgers and Hot Dogs
Grilled over open flames and served with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and relish. Prices are one piece per person with salad, choice of side dish, lemonade and iced tea.

Pork
Bone-in Rib Chop Cut from the rib with the bone attached. Seasoned with a spicy 13 seasoning jerk blend. Brushed with a molasses and clove butter.
Loin Chops Boneless or Bone-in, cut from the back Loin. Thick, tender chops sprinkled with a dry mustard
seed rub and brushed with a honey Dijon glaze.
Pork Tenderloin The most tender pork cut with no waste and less fat. Marinated in rosemary, garlic, olive oil, and kosher salt. Sliced to serve in medallions.
Pork Shoulder Rubbed with a special blend of chilies and garlic. Slow grilled for hours until tender. Sprayed with a crushed pepper infused BBQ mop and sliced to serve.
Whole Roasted Suckling Pig Stuffed with chicken, bacon scraps, sausage, and aromatic vegetables. Tied up and roasted for hours on a wood fired rotisserie until tender. Displayed with sweet grilled pineapples and our signature Tangy BBQ sauce.
Succulent Seafood
Flavor The Town is proud to present a variety of grilled fresh seafood. Some selections are seasonal and have variable market prices.
Shrimp on the Barbie - Large 16/20 count green tiger shrimp on skewers and cooked with either garlic butter or Jamaican jerk seasoning.
Sea Scallops - Jumbo Sea Scallops served kabob style with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Colorful and very tasty, brushed with a roasted red pepper sauce.
Fillet of Salmon - Rubbed with a custom blend of spices and brushed with olive oil. Served with the skin on to protect the fish from drying, after cooking the meat is tender, flaky, and absolutely delicious!
Yellowfin Tuna - Fresh Tuna Loin Steaks brushed with olive oil and garlic, and served with a putanesca sauce made with tomatoes, capers, olives, garlic, onions, and lots of fresh parsley.
Swordfish Steaks - Marinated in basil and garlic oil. Grilled, and topped with a Dijon-basil compound butter.
Red Snapper Filets - Grilled Cajun style. Rubbed with blackened redfish seasoning and brushed with olive oil. Peppery and smoky, not blackened in a skillet, but over a very hot fire.
