Flavor The Town is eager to help you coordinate and manage your event by combining our flavorful foods with an extensive list of services.

Staffing

Flavor The Town employs professional staff to assist you at your event. Our friendly team is trained in classical and family style, including all details of professional service.
FTT will guide you in the proper recommendations of staff necessary to serve your event
Staff rates are $18/ hour per staff member.

Delivery

Flavor The Town charges a flat rate of $25 for any delivery in a 30 mile radius. Anything outside of this will be subject to an increase of $5 per 10 miles. Flavor The Town delivers carefully packaged foods anywhere in Northeastern Ohio.

China and Glassware

All foods dropped off or displayed are presented with heavy duty disposable utensils and plates. FTT can provide a wide variety of china patterns and glassware styles for your event.

Linens

For any event, Flavor The Town offers linens and table coverings of different fabrics, colors, and patterns to suit any theme.

Bar Service

If alcoholic beverages are served at your event, we require that our professional bartenders and servers dispense the beverages. We offer a complete bar service that includes all the wash, garnishes, ice, stirrers and extras you need for the finest bar set-up. Ask us about the latest trends in a full service martini bar!

Tents / Enclosures

Beautiful all weather enclosures can take your event to just about any location. With professional installation and removal, tents come in many sizes and configurations with no damage to your surrounding property. For cool weather and evening events, heaters and lighting are available.

Flowers

Expert floral arranging for centerpieces, accent flowers, or display bouquets is available.

Valet

Flavor The Town will coordinate convenient and professional valet services for your event.

Ice Carving

To complement your event, professional ice carvings are available from a catalog of figures or create your own custom figure, company logos, or themed artistic carvings to add to your event.

On-Site BBQ's

With our fully mobile one of a kind cooking trailer, Flavor The Town provides a large variety of grilled foods at any location. Our mobile grilling unit enables us to grill foods for hundreds of people. Gather around to watch as our chef creates the finest, freshest grilled foods, prepared to your liking - hot off the grill.

Wine Tastings

Enjoy the finest foods prepared by our chef to complement your favorite wines. Or have an expert educate and entertain your guests by introducing several wines from around the world. Our wine expert will describe the complex and subtle flavors of each selection. Flavor The Town has designed our wine tastings to help you choose the proper foods to accompany your favorite wines. Wine tastings are fun, informative, and encourage your guests to sample a variety of wines and perhaps find a new favorite.
